What I Collect

When you sign up for emails, book a session, or purchase a product, I collect the basic info you provide — things like your name, email address, and (if relevant) payment details. This is just so I can deliver what you’ve asked for, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly.

Communicate about appointments, updates, or new offerings (if you’ve chosen to hear about them).

Keep track of purchases or bookings for admin and tax purposes.

What I’ll Never Do

I will never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else. Your details stay between you and me — safely stored, used only for what you’ve agreed to, and treated with care.

Third-Party Services

If you make a payment, it’s handled through secure third-party platforms (like Stripe or PayPal). These providers process your payment safely — I don’t see or store your full card details. If you access my website, it may use cookies to help it run properly or track anonymous site stats. You can manage these through your browser settings at any time.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, update, or delete your information at any time. Just send an email to [email protected], and I’ll sort it for you.

How I use AI

Everything you read, watch and learn from me (the advice, exercises, programmes and stories) comes from my own experience as a physio since 2002, and from working with real people with real bodies.

My team and I sometimes use AI tools behind the scenes to help with admin, like setting up emails and pages, organising my notes, and tidying up formatting. AI doesn’t write my advice and doesn’t replace my clinical judgement.

Everything is checked by me before it’s published.
